Our suppliers
There's no point trying to copy everything the boyos over in Naples do. So we want to put Irish pizza on the map by using the best Irish produce and producers. It's simple really.
-
Gubbeen Smokehouse
Schull, Co. Cork
While originally famous for their cheese, Gubbeen Farm have a world class smokehouse headed by Fingal Ferguson. The Dough Bros have worked closely with Fingal to create the perfect meat for our pizzas.
-
Toons Bridge Dairy
Macroom, Co. Cork
What makes the pizza so good in Naples is the freshness of the Fior Di Latte (Mozzarella) which is made in the nearby Casserta. Naples has their Casserta, we have our West Cork thanks to Toby and the crew at Toons Bridge Dairy, Co. Cork. Fresh Fior Di Latte made daily, that's the difference.
-
Noel's Hot Honey
Sliabh Aughty, Co. Galway
As you will see its not just about the amazing produce that can be sourced locally, but also the great characters and stories behind them. One of the best examples of that is Noel from Sliabh Aughty Honey who we collaborated with to make us Hot Honey, yes a Hot Honey Drizzle on our pizzas.
-
The Wooded Pig
Tara, Co. Meath
This family-run and sustainable farm in the ancient Boyne Valley supplies us with incredible pork toppings for our pizzas. The seasonal approach to farming alongside a proper ethical way of doing things, makes this farm one of our favourites.
-
Ballymakenny Farm
Ballymakenny, Co. Louth
Ya can't have a restaurant in Ireland without having a fierce good spud, and we reckon the gang up in Ballymakenny do the best ones going. Growing heritage and speciality potatoes, these yokes are something else.
-
The White Hag Brewery
Ballymote, Co. Sligo
Beer and pizza is a dream combo, so we've worked with the team at The White Hag Brewery to make our very own The Dough Brews IPA. It pairs lovely with our pizza and we also stock a number of their other creations as well.
