The inspo for The Stinger pizza came from a trip to Roberta's pizzeria in Brooklyn in 2006 when we first tried their famous Bee Sting pizza.
We wanted to do our take, an Irish take, on that classic.
With Toonsbridge Mozz from Macroom, Gubbeen Smokehouse Chorizo from Schull co Cork and finished with Noel’s Hot Honey from Loughrea Co Galway, the Stinger was born. This pizza is best washed down with an ice coke Coca Cola Zero sugar.
